At Flying Fish Sushi we take our commitments seriously; we strive to always deliver a high calibre service to our customers, staff and suppliers.
LOCATION
Our modern state-of-the-art sushi kitchen is located at: Arch 85 Scoresby St, Southbank, London, SE1 0XN; a small street just off the Blackfriars road.

QUALITY
We aim to offer premium quality sushi using the finest ingredients available, at an affordable price. Our experienced sushi chefs make our sushi in the traditional manner, in a dedicated sushi kitchen which is not contaminated with the odours and by-products of other foods. Our sushi is freshly made-to-order.
NATURAL AND ORGANIC SUSHI
We don’t use ingredients with artificial colourings or preservatives or other chemical additives, and wherever possible our ingredients are either organically produced or wild. We use organic ingredients because we believe the taste and nutritional value is superior, and there is less environmental impact in their production.

We believe that once you have tried our freshly made, natural and organic sushi you won’t go back to buying refrigerated take away sushi again!
PACKAGING
Our packaging range is made from plants and is fully compostable, so they can turn back to soil in 12 weeks after use. Making plastic out of plants, not oil, produces 77% less CO2, and with the soil you can grow new plants for making more products.

WASTE
We compost our food waste in our kitchen, which means less landfill, and more soil to grow lovely food. We recycle all our paper, card, plastics and glass.

All of our staff receive a profit share in the business and are fully committed to bringing you the best quality sushi at the best possible price.
